Idra does not sell your data and uses no Google Analytics. Without your consent we use technical cookies only, without which the site does not work. With your consent, and only then, we also use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, to learn which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring sign-ups. You choose in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

These are technical cookies: they make a service you asked for work, or remember your choice. They collect no habits, build no profile and go to nobody, so they need no consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
The microphone. If you try the assistant on the page, your browser asks permission to use the microphone. The browser remembers that permission, in its own settings: we store nothing on your device, and the audio of the demo is not recorded.
Marketing cookies, only with your consent

None of these is written before you accept. When the pixel is active, Meta may also read its own cookies on the facebook.com domain (for example fr) if you have a Meta account: those are governed by Meta, under its cookie policy.
The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API
What they are. The Meta Pixel is a Meta Platforms Ireland script that runs in the page. The Conversions API is the same channel, but from our server to Meta's. We use them together, so the same event arrives once even if the browser blocks the script.
What we send Meta. The pages you visit and three events: sign-up (Lead), the start of the free trial (StartTrial) and the first payment (Purchase, with the amount). With the events travel your email and the business phone hashed with SHA-256, a hashed identifier of your account, the _fbp and _fbc cookies, your IP address and browser type. Meta matches the hashes against its own users: it does not receive email and phone in clear.
Why. To measure which ads bring sign-ups, trials and customers, and let Meta optimise the campaigns for them. We use it for nothing else.
Legal basis. Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you give in the banner and withdraw whenever you like. If you consent while signing up, the trial and first-payment events are also sent later, from our server, on the basis of that consent: to stop them, write to info@ciaoidra.com.
Who decides what. For collecting and sending the data we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (art. 26 GDPR), under Meta's controller terms. What Meta does with it afterwards is Meta's decision, as an independent controller, under its privacy policy. Meta also processes data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
How long. The _fbp, _fbc and idra_attr cookies last 90 days, and we delete them at once if you withdraw consent. The consent given at sign-up and the source campaign stay on your account for as long as it exists. Meta keeps the events it receives under its privacy policy.
How you choose, and how you change your mind
On your first visit a banner asks what you prefer: Accetta tutto (accept all), Rifiuta (refuse) or Personalizza (customise), where you switch marketing on or leave it off. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and closing or scrolling the page is not consent. We remember the choice for six months, then ask again.
To change your mind, press «Preferenze cookie» at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the pixel stops and we delete _fbp, _fbc and idra_attr from your browser. Withdrawing does not make what happened before unlawful.
Visit statistics
We count page views with Vercel Analytics, which runs on the same domain as the site. It collects the page visited, where you arrived from, and approximate country and device type. It writes nothing to your device, gives you no permanent identifier and does not recognise you from one day to the next. We use it only to know which pages people read: the legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.
Vercel is the provider that hosts Idra and processes this data outside the European Economic Area too; the full picture is in the Privacy policy.
How to delete them
Besides «Preferenze cookie», you can delete or block them in your browser settings, under cookies or site data. Note that deleting the session cookie signs you out of your account, and deleting idra_consent makes the banner ask for your choice again.
